What to Expect

The doctors and staff at Alpine Chiropractic are dedicated to ensuring your visits to our office is comfortable and informative. That's why we explain everything in advance; we want you to understand who we are and what we do. It's likely you will be coming here for several sessions and we want you to feel at home.

First Visit

Your first visit will take about an hour. You will fill out your admitting paperwork and we may also show you a five-minute video. Then you will meet with your chiropractor who will discuss your health goals with you; the doctor will then examine you thoroughly and identify the cause of any problems you may have.

Second Visit

On your second visit, you will receive our "Report of Findings," a set of recommendations made by the doctor in order to improve and maintain your health.

Regular Visits

Now that you and the doctor have agreed on a course of care, subsequent visits will likely be shorter. It may only take five to ten minutes for the doctor to evaluate the current condition of your spine and nervous system and to make the necessary adjustments.

Each visit builds upon previous sessions, so it is important to maintain regularly scheduled treatments. Because we understand your time is valuable, our doctors and staff make every effort to keep our appointments effective, efficient, and on time.
